Coach Ricola Marshall ('Coach Rico')
My name is Coach Rico, and while I love football, my true passion lies in coaching and mentoring kids. Growing up, my football coach was the only positive male role model in my life, and that experience shaped who I am today. That’s why coaching is much more to me than just Xs and Os—it's about being the kind of mentor and leader that kids can count on both on and off the field. I’m a 2008 graduate of Colbert County High School, where I earned honorable mention as a defensive back. My dedication to the game led me to a NAIA scholarship to Concordia College in Selma, AL, Today, my goal is to use the game of football to teach life lessons, build character, and create a safe space where young athletes can grow into strong, confident individuals. Every kid deserves someone who believes in them and I’m proud to be that someone.
