Coach Kendrick Rogers

Kendrick Rogers is a native of Mobile, AL, where he was a three-year starter at Mattie T. Blount High School, 1992-1996. Rogers signed with Alabama A&M in 1996 after graduating from Blount High School in Mobile, Ala. After receiving a redshirt in 1996, Rogers worked his way onto the field as a redshirt freshman in 1997, where he recorded 14 tackles, two tackles for loss and two sacks as a defensive end. As a redshirt sophomore in 1998, Rogers made the move to the offensive line, where he became one of the top offensive tackles in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. In 1998, Rogers helped pave the way for an Alabama A&M offense that averaged 353.3 yards per game while recording 126 rushing first downs. The following season, as a redshirt junior, Rogers anchored an offensive line that paved the way for an offense that averaged 360.7 yards per game.​
As a senior in 2000, Rogers anchored an offensive line that paved the way for an offense that averaged 333.3 yards per game. That season, he was selected as the team's offensive MVP. Rogers earned numerous accolades during his Alabama A&M career. In 1998, Rogers was a Preseason All-SWAC selection, and following the 1999 and 2000 seasons, he was a First-Team All-SWAC selection. Rogers was a Black College Football All-American selection following his senior season in 2000, and ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper ranked Rogers as the No. 18 Offensive Tackle heading into the 2001 NFL Draft. Following his senior season at Alabama A&M, Rogers was a Blue-Grey All-Star selection (first in AAMU history) and he participated in the Senior Bowl (second in AAMU history). Rogers also was the first player in Alabama A&M history to receive an invitation to the NFL Combine.​
Rogers signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2001. After playing one season with the Eagles, Rogers signed with the Arizona Cardinals, where he played his final three seasons of his NFL career. Rogers also played in the NFL Europe, where he earned a World Bowl Championship in 2003 while starting at right tackle for the Frankfurt Galaxy.​

In 2019 Rogers was inducted to the Class of 2019 Alabama A&M University Athletic Hall of Fame.​

Rogers was the Assistant Offensive Lineman Coach at Bob Jones (2008) and the Offensive Line Coach at Ardmore High School (2009). Rogers was the Assistant Head Coach at Monrovia Middle School (2015-2018) where they had a combined record of 25-3 and were the Tennessee Valley Middle School Champions in 2018. Rogers is currently the Offensive Line Coach at Madison Academy since 2019.​

Coach Kelly Fields 

Coach Fields is a dedicated Madison City School PE Teacher since 2004 along with an 18-year continued coaching career as a passionate and credentialed WR Trainer in North AL. Developing student athletes to reach their full potential while preparing them in becoming productive citizens and life-long learners is Coach Field’s ultimate goal.   

 

Coach Fields’ love for organized sports and academics started in his hometown of Mobile, AL as a standout scholar-athlete from WP Davidson High School from 1992-1996. On a football scholarship from Alabama A&M University (1196-1999), Coach Fields earned many accolades; Team Captain and Offensive MVP-1998, Academic All-American-1997, and Magic City Classic MVP-1997. 

 

After his collegiate career, Coach Fields went on to play professional football with The Tennessee Vipers- an Arena2 league.

 

With 3 years as a dominant WR, Coach Field’s contribution to his team earned him his #15 jersey to be retired with The Tennessee Vipers (2011-2013).  His coaching career began as a WR DB coach for middle/high school level in Madison and Ardomore, AL (2004 to 2011). From his passion for working with youth and years of acquired knowledge about the importance of the fundamentals of form, agility, and skills training; Fieldhouse WR Training LLC was founded. 

 

Today, Coach Fields continues to balance his time as a dedicated father to KJ and Jordyn Fields, growth business ventures for Fieldhouse WR Training LLC, and a devoted PE teacher at Columbia Elementary School. 

Coach Mark Drake

Coach Tanner is a Juvenile Probation officer. Coach Tanner has played and coached football for quite some time, from peewee to semi-professional football. He has coached in the Huntsville, East Limestone, and Madison youth football leagues, at East Limestone, Pope John Paul II (St. John Paul II, Columbia, and Bob Jones High schools, Tennessee Valley Prep, and the Huntsville Rockets semi-pro team. He is the Defensive Coordinator for the 15u team. Football is his passion and he loves coaching and teaching the game of football and how it can apply to life. 

Coach Bobby Tanner

Coach Garin Shelby

Garien Shelby “Coach G”.  Been a part of the sport of football since the age of 6.  Blessed with the pure love for the game of football.  Started coaching at the junior high school in 2006 with my father! Coaching our youth and jr high school has allowed for a great fulfillment in watching our youth learn life skills through the sport! My goal as a coach has always been to teach the youth the skills through sports to achieve goals on and off the field.  I believe football is a variable activity to keep our youth involved, teaching leadership skills, teamwork and working hard to achieve goals! After 17 years of coaching my love is as strong as my first day!!! 

Coach Joaquin Paulino

I am 33 yrs old from the beautiful island of Guam. I am Active Duty Military in the US Army and stationed on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. I have been coaching/assisting with youth sports for the last 10 years, to include soccer, baseball, and football. It has been a great experience teaching, mentoring, and just growing with the youth. Learning not only about sports, but life skills as well. One quat I live by that has helped me through so many challenges in life, “The Mind gets Stronger when the Heart believes in the Strength of the Holder”

Coach Chris Dixon

My name is Coach Dixon. I'm originally from Leroy, AL and currently reside in Athens,AL. I graduated from Leroy High School in 2003 with honors. During my time at Leroy I wasAll-American, All-State and All-County 2001-2003 in baseball and football.In 2001 went 47-3 towin the 2A baseball championship against Gordo. In 2002, I led my team to a championship with over 1000 rushing yards and over 1,500 passing yard. After high school I accepted a full athletic scholarship to Alabama A&M University where I studied Political Science. Multiple surgeries on my wrist resulted in me ending my collegiate baseball career early. Currently I run a small business and in my free time coach and train youth athletes. Hobbies include grilling,  fishing and spending time with family. My wife Whitney and I have been married for 14 years and together we have 3 beautiful children, Cameron,Callie and Christian. This year is going to be a good year. Can’t wait to see our 256 family ball out and develop. Motto “Let's get it Beastmode”.
